I'm in the business of buying land, homes, and commercial buildings. Most properties are in great condition and have no problems associated with them. Most owners have time and resources to sell a property at full market value and get all cash. But a lot of properties are not in such great shape and it's hard to sell them. Even more are in good condition with owners who took good care of them, but for one reason or another are having a tough time selling. It's my job to find those properties that don't have as much appeal as their neighbors. It's my job to find those owners of properties who need a fast solution to their property ownership problems.

We make money with some properties by fixing them up and selling them retail. With others we work with the banks and other lien holders to remove the debt that's keeping the property from selling. And with others, we provide a very fast sale to avoid foreclosure or other time sensitive repercussions.
